Most juicy conversation takes place behind closed doors, in the privacy and intimacy of our homes. Every week for fifteen years Cassy and Annika took time out for yoga. These recordings are the conversations that unfolded in the privacy of time, space and their yoga postures, discussions as diverse as; love, forgiveness, fear, motherhood and power, would bubble up.
