In diabetes there is too much shame and not enough focus on the person. Unshaming Diabetes is a space where we talk about people’s experiences with diabetes and lessons learned. We discuss the language and messages around diabetes and how we can move them from judgment to acceptance. The goal is to fit diabetes into life and not the other way around!
