Next listen to the VERY SLOW dialogue and try to understand. For some people it is better to write down what is being said and read while listening a few times. Finally listen to the conversation again at normal speed and hopefully understand everything.

Hi Listeners. I finally made it back home to Italy. To be able to travel I contacted the consulate and they sent me a form that I must complete for each flight.
