Like the Pointer Sisters sung, "Oh, yes we can-can!" This series will be about community revitalization on the eastern side of Uptown Harrisburg PA, an area defined N 3rd to N 7th and Division and Maclay as this has been one of the most neglected, blighted parts of the city. While both downtown and midtown are enjoying a renaissance, this sector, which includes Camp Curtin neighborhood, continues to suffer. It's time to change that. Let's join together and create a master plan / Small Area Plan to make it happen.
