Awareness and Observation is 2 of the 5 stages of mindfulness which I have found that may be create an understanding in Mindfulness. I have to give Joseph Goldstein a mention as I found his podcast thought provoking. Remember these stages are also helped with taking time to look after yourself and have moments to Breath. On doing breathing etc I have found that I was missing something, so this is where the 5 stages of understanding mindfulness has come from.
