Do Better is a podcast created by two Black women from the opposite sides of I-94 in Michigan. Sylvia is from the west hailing from Ypsilanti and Dominique is from the Eastside of Detroit. They are both mental health professionals in the field of social work who are passionate about providing quality information to the masses so that mental health, and issues that impact it, are no longer taboo. Join them for some HEARTY laughs and some real talk. We all have areas in our lives where we need to Do Better.
