We can choose how to react to criticism, seeing it as an opportunity for growth. Rising Beings provides resources for personal growth, confidence-building, communication, and stress management. Developing high self-esteem requires self-love, recognizing strengths and weaknesses, goal-setting, and action-taking despite criticism.
