Colors of Influence highlights interviews with Black, Brown, indigenous and immigrant leaders of color who are committed to uplifting diversity, equity & inclusion. Colors of Influence is hosted by Maileen Hamto (Pinay/Tagalog), a Colorado-based diversity, equity and inclusion consultant who is on a lifelong process of decolonization. She is pursuing doctoral studies at the University of Colorado Denver, with research interests in operationalizing diversity, equity and inclusion in organizational contexts through practices informed by critical race theory, liberatory pedagogy, critical whiteness studies, and decoloniality.
