Tampon Rock is as queer as its makers. Not in sexual orientation, but in its refusal to be contained by genre boundaries. It’s music centered but it’s not a musical. It’s a comedy, but it is also serious. It’s Black, It’s queer and it’s created by womxn but it's rated E for everyone. (just kidding it gets a little sexy - don't let your child listen to this).
