I was born in Montreal, Canada on September 30, 2009 with a heart defect called Truncas Arteriosis which required surgery 30 days later. Since then I have had multiple procedures including 3 open heart surgeries. Today I am stable and play multiple sports including Hockey (Goalie), Baseball (Catcher) and Football (WR) thanks to my doctors and nurses at CHEO hospital in Ottawa and CHU Sainte-Justine in Montreal.I try to give back to organizations as often as I can because me and my family have been helped out so much by so many people. The Children's Wish granted me a trip to Hollywood where I got...
