Note to Elle

Brielle

First things first, this isn't a place where things are planned and structured and I don't think I ever want it to be. I literally just created this space to have a place to be honest. The more I talk, the more I learn about myself good and bad, and I hope my discoveries from my reflections can help someone out in any way. my brain on 05/03/21 :) I was feeling really drained + honestly couldn't figure out why and then as I just vented I literally started discovering what my issue was. Even now in the present I've had similar experiences with different causes (like feeling drained from being around people rather than being on social media).Talking this out really helped me get some clarity and learn something about myself, and I hope the conclusions I came to could help someone else too b/c I'm sure I'm not the only one. :)
