＜睇得見。聽得到＞希望可以了解殘疾人士以及少數族裔人士在香港社會的共融情況，擁有不同能力、種族背景的主持和嘉賓會在節目中一起交流，讓殘疾人士以及不同少數族裔人士更全面和更立體地被社會「睇得見、聽得到」，打破與社會主流的隔膜，令到大家彼此接納、欣賞和尊重。 於香港土生土長的印度裔成家宏 Karan Cholia、巴基斯坦裔愛美Omme Kulsoom、泰國裔陳彩蓮Vita，患上肌肉萎縮症的梁安琪Angel和陳錦鴻Keith，以及意外失去左前臂的「富爸爸」岑幸富 ，會在節目中和不同殘疾人士及少數族裔人士交流，並和觀眾分享他們生活點滴，談大家喜歡的事情和快樂的小故事。#一齊講夢想#一齊做表演#一齊「睇得見。聽得到」
