Lauren is joined by her World & European Rowing Champion partner, Gregg Stevenson for this episode. Shortly after joining the armed forces Gregg’s life was changed forever when during a deployment to Afghanistan in 2009. Whilst on foot patrol, he stepped on an explosive device losing both legs.
