Linda McCusker and Lana Obach are engineers in the Water & Waste department. They are working on a team of hundreds who are upgrading the City’s North End Wastewater Treatment Plant. It is one of the largest and most complex infrastructure projects underway in North America. There are three projects to the upgrades each with its own budget, timeline, project team, and labourers.
