Daren the Peasant Chef

Cole Dille

Daren the Peasant Chef is a cosy fantasy audio adventure about Daren, a peasant boy fresh off his small town farm, trying to become the king's chef. Every episode features Daren, the king's new assistant taster, balancing work-related obstacles (like staying organised and appeasing royalty) with the pressures and woes of leaving home on his own. At its heart, it tells the story of growing up and finding your own identity when you are so used to falling back on the closed-minded opinions of those around you.
